For art we made an advertisement video for the Apollo program. For our synthesis we watched and examined different advertisement videos to gain ideas from them. With our ideas that we gained we put them together to create our Apollo advertisement video. In our advertisement video we cover certain questions such as "What is Apollo?" and "Why would you encourage People to take Apollo?" In the end we created an exciting video that could possibly influences someone's class selection.
For English I created a college research essay. For my essay I researched three different colleges that I was interested in. Those three colleges were Temple University, George Mason University, and Millersville University. I cover things such as tuition and fees, housing, setting, requirements, and classes. With all of my information I put it all into an essay that goes over them. I then decided which one of the three colleges was the best fit for me.
For history we created newspaper articles that were "written by Peter Parker." These articles covered things that are going on in the modern world that contain misinformation. Our thinking skill was synthesis so we started off by pulling ideas from Spiderman movies, such as the news company "The Daily Bugle" from the Spiderman movies. We also took ideas from real life newspapers. We then took our ideas and made newspaper articles that covered misinformation in riots and Covid-19.
